Refund & Exchange Policy
At Al Zaen, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications or differs from the product you ordered.
- Notification: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product by calling 0312-2603003 to raise a dispute.
- Return of Faulty/Damaged Items: In case the item is found faulty or damaged, you are required to return the product within 8 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will issue a replacement for the product listed on the invoice.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain situations may prevent us from accepting an exchange, including but not limited to:
- Exchange requests made beyond the 7-day timeframe.
- Products damaged due to misuse or tampering.
- Missing components such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
Refund Policy
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
- Order Cancellation: A refund will only be issued if the order is canceled before the shipment starts.
